Unlock The Full Decade in another browser

1. Open the game.
2. Tap The Full Decade on the title screen (or Menu → Restore purchase during a game).
3. Tap Restore purchase, paste the license key from your receipt email, and tap Unlock with key.

The key looks like XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX. Spaces before or after it are fine.

Lost the receipt email

We don't keep emails. Lemon Squeezy, who handled the payment, does: open Find my order, enter the email you paid with, and you'll get a link to your receipts and license key.

"The key didn't work"

• Copy the whole key from the email, dashes included.
• Keys bought in the App Store can't be used here: in the app, use Restore Purchases instead.
• A refunded purchase's key stops working.
• Still stuck? Write to us (below) and include your order number from the receipt, never your card details.

Saves

The website keeps your saved game in this browser on this device. Clearing the site's data or playing in a private window erases it, and saves don't move between browsers, devices or the app. Menu → About → "Reset all progress" erases the saves on purpose but keeps The Full Decade.

Refunds

Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for purchases on this website, so they issue refunds. Reply to your receipt email, or write to us below. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
